Is this a good set-up for going to the wilderness in RuneScape?

My level 61 character is equipped with Rune full helm, kite shield, crossbow, and boots, with the D'hide body, chaps, and vambraces. I also have the Team 46 cape, and the Amulet of Glory. In my inventory I have 14 Monk fish, two ropes, yew shortbow, 300 Mithril arrows, 1000 Iron bolts, a Mithril scimitar, and a Varrock teleport. Is it a good idea to go into the Wilderness like this? I've never been to the Wilderness. Also if you have any suggestions of what to bring that would be awesome :D!
