Thankyou for your reply, but having checked that as sole executor and beneficiary, the probate division of the Supreme Court, Sydney does not require Form 95. I have also located The Probate Office in Surry Hills, set up to help the public with probate.It's at 69 Reservoir Road. its not in the telephone book, and was only reach at enquiries@probateoffice.com.au
